Appendix 5.3.1 Review of the M over P Ratio and Division of Labor to Support Technical Argument

As with Appendix 5.3, some review of previous material for coherence and continuity is followed by description of the two illustrations under this Appendix (Figures A5-3 and A5-3.1).

Figure A2-1, Fundamental Structure and the Circular Flow of Money, depicts structure of the national household in the form of the structure of an electronic circuit, where national money supply is like the power supply, with parallel loads of the power supply.

Parallel loads of the power supply consist of the unpopulated structures of (1) the central banking system, (2) total government, (3) total agriculture and industry, and most important of all, (4) the total national population headcount that is the only reason for the existence of government, banking and all business structures.

Consistent with the natural and fundamental structure depicted and described in Appendix 2, Figure A5-3 provides a spreadsheet (column and row) illustration of the work breakdown structure of government, federal state and local, as provided for by the U.S. Constitution government.

Column A of Figure A5-3 represents the total national money supply.

The top half of Column A, of Figure A5-3, represents that portion of the total national money supply that is a drain on the money supply by the total burden cost of total government. Total government includes the burden cost of the central banking system structure.

The bottom half of Column A, of Figure A5-3, represents that portion of the total national money supply that is a drain on the money supply by the total direct cost of all non-government or private business structures of the national household.


Direct Cost Defined: The cost of human labor that can be attached to development and/or manufacture of product ultimately available for purchase in the market place. 'Direct Cost' of a product includes the cost of human labor for design, development, manufacture, assembly, production control, engineering data control and release, manufacturing engineering, in-process test, and in-process and final quality control inspections of product.

Burden Cost Defined: By definition, all costs not included in the definition of Direct Cost.


As of the end of 1997, employment in manufacturing in the United States is a dangerously low 15% of the total working citizen population of the United States. The total population of the United States is living off of the human labor of this 15%. If you don't like this 15% number, ask the Chairman of the private Federal Reserve banking system, or your free-loading personal pimp in the U.S. House or Senate to provide you with a better, or more valid, number.
The total cost of all non-government or private business structures includes the burden cost of total government via taxes, and operation and maintenance of the central banking system structure via taxes and the cost of borrowed money. (Where 'burden cost' is all other cost of human labor not included in the definition of 'direct labor' cost.)
The top half of Column A, and Columns B, C, D and E, of Figure A5-3, provide illustration that reflects both the total structure of total government (federal, state and local), and distribution of the total power of total government.

"Harmony, liberal intercourse with all Nations, are recommended by policy, humanity and interest. But even our Commercial policy should hold an equal and impartial hand: neither seeking nor granting exclusive favours or preferences; consulting the natural course of things; diffusing and deversifying by gentle means the streams of Commerce, but forcing nothing; establishing with Powers so disposed; in order to give to trade a stable course, to define the rights of our Merchants, and to enable the Government to support them; conventional rules of intercourse, the best that present circumstances and mutual opinion will permit, but temporary, and liable to be from time to time abandoned or varied, as experience and circumstances shall dictate; constantly keeping in view, that 'tis folly in one Nation to look for disinterested favors from another; that it must pay with a portion of its Independence for whatever it may accept under that character; that by such acceptance, it may place itself in the condition of having given equivalents for nominal favours and yet of being reproached with ingratitude for not giving more. There can be no greater error than to expect, or calculate upon real favours from Nation to Nation...."



Who says no one knows what the Founding Fathers had in mind when they wrote the U.S. Constitution of government, including the Bill of Rights, when, after a bloody revolution against an established government, they founded a new Nation called the United States of America ?

Direct Relationship Between Social Order and Balance of Power

In other words, there should be a balance of power between government (federal, state and local) that supports (not dictates) market or trade operations; and market or trade operations (equal in power) that supports the maintenance of total government (where, as dictated by the superiority of natural law, maximum efficiency is achieved only when the power of the load is equal to the power of the source.)

This balance of power and maximum efficiency cannot ever be accomplished without 50/50 division of a nation's total money supply (coin of the realm), as described here, because money, or units of currency, is power.

Unbridled authority of the central banking system, under a private authority, is unbridled private control and power (in the hands of an unknown or low profile few), over authority and functions of federal government - over authority and functions defined and authorized by the U.S. Constitution of and for government.


It is to the detriment of all other nations on Earth that their respective constitutions of government do not distribute, to balance, the total power of their governments, as provided for by example of the U.S. Constitution of government (where the function and purpose of federal government has been perverted, by and through the Federal Reserve Banking Act of 1913 - where that Act, and all of its amendmendts, is totally un-constitutional, because the lop-sided change in the balance of powers provided by the original U.S. Constitution of government was never ratified by the states, as required by the U.S. Constitution).

It is to the detriment and financial oppression of the citizens of the United States, that its elected and appointed officials of government have reduced themselves to the role and status of pimps in a house of prostitution, under the Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution of government - using that clause to transform the United States into a totalitarian socialist welfare state.


COMMENTARY

Proliferation of un-constitutional gun control laws, anti-smoking laws, laws against jay-walking in New York City, laws that prohibit discrimination against and favor homosexual behavior, and, laws establishing socialized medicine/health-care:

These are un-mistakeable marks of the totalitarian socialist welfare state, promoted by the atheistic socialist mentality.

Promotion of 'homosexuality' (not even the lowest of animal life forms engage in such abhorrent conduct), or state promotion of 'homosexuality', undermines the traditional male-female parent family. State promotion of 'homosexuality', in or out of the military, serves only to destroy the traditional concept, the traditional practice and the traditional institution of the holy vows of matrimony.

Sexual harrassment litigation in the courts is promoted by the state, through promotion and passage of gender-neutral laws designed to protect 'homosexuality' in the military.

Such promotion by the state destroys careers and morale (willingness to obey an order) in the military. If you never served in the military, you will never understand significance of this statement - that is - 'morale', defined as, "willingness to obey an order".


[The established military is a 'dictatorship'. Laws governing human behavior in the military are provided by the 'Uniform Code of Military Justice'(UCMJ), rules evolved from centuries of tragic human experience, wherein the exercise of 'free will', 'choice' or 'voting', on rules of behavior, is totally denied.]

Here, we live in dangerous lack of appreciation of this fact. An actual head-count census, if it were actually done, and, if the question was asked, "Did you ever serve in the military ? ", the answer would reveal that the number of citizens who served in the military [subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ)], is a minority, compared to the majority who never served in the military.

All veterans of combat in World War I are dead. Most of the veterans of combat in World War II are dead. The number of Veterans of combat in the Vietnam War and the Persian Gulf Military Combat exercise of the '90s is a minority number.

Bottom Line: Only a very small number of citizens of the U.S. know what it's like to live under a military dictatorship - that is, rules for behavior, regulations and court procedures of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).

Those who are, and have served in the military, are the only ones who can know the freshness, sweetness and freedom of individual control over one's own behavior and actions as a citizen under protection of the Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution of and for 'government'.

CORRECTION: The President of the United States, as Commander-in-Chief of the military of the United States, IS NOT SUBJECT to the Uniform Code of Military Justice [UCMJ], therefore the President cannot be held accountable or responsible to the strict and high standards of behavior and strict obedience to orders imposed through chain of command on all ranks and members of the military. (If he were, no President would ever complete a four year term of elected Office. On the other hand, if he were, he would be a paragon of virtue. No man should be elected /electable to Office of President who has not served at least one term of active duty in the military.)



Cannot resist temptation to remind the viewer that the battles of World War II were won by 'cigarette smokers' and 'straights'.

Cigarette smoking relieves tensions, staves off hunger from poverty, and helps fight the battle against laziness and obesity.

[Cigarette smoking can kill. But so does reckless behavior of any kind, like reckless driving, or driving under the influence of alcohol or marijuana, or reckless carnal behavior between members of the same or opposite gender.]


Federal government destruction of the tobacco industry is a dictated destruction of a natural and major segment of the pharmaceutical industry of the United States - akin to destruction of the railroad industry by the un-constitutional alliance of the Office of President and the authority of the (low profile) officers of the private central banking system.

The cost of health care has become unaffordable, because federal government injected itself into the private practice of medicine, through establishment and subsidy of institutional socialist 'cradle-to-grave' health care (under the name, MEDICARE), to the tune of $billions of dollars, beginning with socialist President, Lyndon B. Johnson (LBJ) in the 1964-65 time period.

If the federal government did the same for toothpicks, you couldn't afford toothpicks to pick your teeth.


Why should the Federal Government be allowed to sustain its costly attack on an un-communicable addiction to tobacco, and - at the same time - be allowed to promote and protect homosexual conduct, in/or out of the military - a practice that simultaneously demeans the sanctity of the monogamous relationship and promotes the spread of communicable disease ?
Monstrosity of the abortion issue derives from government subsidy of abortion, government subsidy of Planned Parenthood organizations (tax exempt organizations), and government subsidized abortion clinics (through Federal government support of institutionlized health-care initiatives).

If a woman wants to have an abortion, because she knows, or feels, she can't depend on her husband, or lover, to handle responsibility and expense essential to care for a new human life, then she, as an individual, should be allowed that choice.

However, at the same time, the woman, and the man who caused her pregnancy, must assume and bear the financial responsibility to pay for the specific medical procedure used to kill their unborn child. That is a decision better left to her and her impregnator, their conscience, and God, and leave you and me, and the free-loaders on the payrolls, subsidies and tax exemptions of the 'goddamned' government, out of it.


An underlying message of this website:

Charity begins at home. (In the home of the traditional two-parent - male and female - family.)

Let every man and woman carry his or her own weight. Let every man and woman pay for their own bloody nose. (But let the cost of money, borrowed and earned, be a measure of the cost of the mortal and material individual human life - because it is.)

The power of Government (people elected and appointed to offices of government) must be reduced to the powers provided and enumerated by the original U.S. Constitution of government.


Thanks to the total socialist welfare state mentality that prevails, and has captured the minds of too many in this nation, socialist control of the power and authority of government, and socialist control of medical care, education and law in the United States, I can be applauded for burning the flag, and arrested for urinating on LBJs grave.)

Moving on to discussion of this Appendix, A5-3.1

Figure A5-3.1 of this Appendix provides a spreadsheet (column and row) form to relate 50/50 distribution of the power of the source and power of the load); that is, 50/50 division of the total national money supply (Coin of the Realm) to the structured division of labor (provided for by the U.S. Constitution government) for the total national population headcount of the United States:

One half of total national money supply (power of the source), to support the total cost of total government; the other half of total national money supply (power of the load), to support manufacturing and trade operations (un-encumbered, as much as possible, by the un-acceptable heavy and intrusive hand of government, and the un-acceptable high burden cost of government to support that heavy and intrusive hand).

Columns B, C, D and E (in Figure A5-3) reflect mutually exclusive structural elements that share division of 50% of the total national money supply, across those elements or institutions of government that are authorized to exist by the U.S. Constitution of and for government.



COLUMNS AND ROWS OF FIGURE A5-3.1

Rows 1, 2 and 3 The Ratio of M over P

(Exactly how the Federal Government derives a 'poverty level income' number is not known by this observer.) These rows re-emphasize importance and necessity to fix the simple ratio of Total National Money Supply (M) to Total National Population Headcount (P), so that the 'poverty level income number' it provides is a constant reference.

More essential is to establish and keep that ratio constant (by law) - the only action that can be taken to establish and maintain Zero Inflation of National Currency. If low inflation is good, zero inflation is better.

Zero inflation and the cost of borrowed money fixed at an annual 5% are the only two fixes available, and required, to fix the exchange value of units of currency, independent of population growth and population densities (where money, or units of currency, is a unit of measure of the cost or worth of the individual human life).

Rows 4, 5 and 6 Division of Labor and Packaging of People Functions

Applications for unemployemnt compensation and statistical modeling techniques, are most likely means used by the Federal Government to derive a count of 'full' employment and unemployment numbers. However, exact definition used to define 'Full Employment', are not known by this observer. Accordingly, Row 4 of Figure A5-3.1 provides such a definition.

The work breakdown structure approach was used for Rows 5 and 6 to further define what kind of work is being done for income by the 'employed' on payrolls within and outside of government.


Three columns of Rows 6 and 7 summarize the 'Corrective Actions' required to break the back of, or drive a stake into the heart of, the 'status quo' that has evolved over centuries of tragic human experience.
GIVEN 'M' IS CONSTANT, EFFECTS OF VARIATION OF 'P

From closer examination of the ratio of M over P, where 'M' is a controllable variable and 'P' is an uncontrollable variable, different real numbers of population headcount can be assigned:

  • When P1 = total national population headcount, the resultant number is the 'poverty line income reference' number.

  • When P2 = population headcount of Structural Element I, Banking and Finance, the resultant number is the average income of people employed in this function. Total cost of this function is a burden cost, and the product output is zero.

  • When P3 = population headcount of Structural Element II, Federal (IIA), and State and Local Government (IIB), the resultant number is the average income of people employed in the functions of government. Total cost of this function is a burden cost, and the product output is zero.

  • When P4 = population headcount of Structural Element III, Total Private Agriculture and Industrial Mining and Manufacturing, the resultant number is the average income of people employed in the output of product essential to maintenance and improvement in material standards of living. Total cost of this function is the total burden and direct cost of total product output from employment in agriculture and the industrial manufacture of product.

Simple division of 'M' by P1 establishes rate and amount of inflation. This simple ratio also establishes the poverty line income reference (roughly $116/year in 1900, increased to $20,000/year in 1997). This poverty line reference is the minimum, or the bottom, of the income level required to support the cost of living of one individual human life, to enjoy the minimum of a prevailing material standard of living, for shelter, clothing, food and medical care.

If P1 is reduced to the number of the population engaged in the domestic manufacture of product, and that number P4, as of 1997, is down to 15% of the total working population of the United States, then, you can say that the domestic product output of 15% of the total working population with low income return, supports the high livelihood and standard of living of the remaining 85% of the population of the United States not engaged in the production of material product - a huge number that makes no contribution to the making or maintenance of material product.

If that number, P4 at 15%, is true, then it is a dangerously low number. A nation that can't make the products it needs to put clothes on its back and shoes on its feet lives in deep-shit dependency.

We can also say, incomes of 15% of the population employed in the manufacture of product, is the only portion of the citizen population subject to the natural law of demand and supply that governs the cost of product in the market place. Incomes of the remaining 85% is subject only to the dictates of the politician who holds office of power and authority in government.

The remaining 85% of the employed population is the socialist vote - the vote for continuation and promotion of the collective-socialist way of life - living off the labors of the few who labor to produce and maintain material product.

If that number, P4 at 15%, includes employment by foreign companies and corporations, then citizens of the United States live in a critical state of dependency that can never be fixed by the four international trade agreements on the agenda of the finance ministers of the central bankers of the world - an agenda to complete division of Earth into four trading blocs by the year 2020.



CLOSING COMMENTS FOR APPENDICES A1 THROUGH A5

Appendix 2 provides new disclosure that the total national population headcount is divided, at any given point in time, into structural elements (or packaging of social order functions) that resemble parallel loads of the electronic circuit; where the total national money supply, 'M', is like the power supply (or Structural Element I) of the electronic circuit - the remaining structural elements are parallel loads using human energy represented by that supply of currency - to maintain, to function, to survive.


This Natural Law Thesis rests on new disclosure that the natural structure of any national household is like the natural structure of the electronic circuit (As described in Appendix 2).

A hard time accepting this fact is due to absence of knowledge of how the electronic circuit functions.

Accountants may now know something about the electronics discipline; electronic engineers may now have better understanding and appreciation of the accounting discipline. Elements and rigors of both disciplines are the same.

Concerns of the accountant, or the father of a family - Uninterrupted 'cash flow' and 'distribution of money across the three fundamental elements of the Balance Equation'(assets, liabilities and capital) - are the same as concerns of the electronic engineer: the uninterrupted 'electron energy flow' and 'balanced distribution of electron energy across the three equivalent and fundamental devices of the electronic circuit' (the resistor, coil and capacitor).

The 'electronic engineer' fares better than the 'accountant', or the father of the family - the engineer is subject to the dictates of Natural Law that is constant. The poor accountant and father of a family is subject to the vagaries and whims of self-interested 'lawyer-economist' 'politicians' and 'bankers'.


Where Appendix 2 provides description of the parallel loads of the mutually exclusive elements of the electronic circuit structure, Rows 4, 5 and 6 of this Appendix replay those parallel loads in the form of 'packaging of functions' of the structure of the National Household.

National domestic material product output, from direct labor by a diminished population engaged in the manufacture of product, from direct labor of the population packaged under Element III, engaged in the design, manufacture and maintenance of product, provides total cost support of the population packaged under structural elements I and II - the total burden cost of the total national household.
