All Physicists, and all Students and Practitioners of the hard and fast Sciences of Electrical and Electronic Engineering disciplines, are familiar with the system of rectangular co-ordinates and the convention that is used (and illustrated here) to understand and to apply to the design of electrical and electronic circuits. What is a published first here is

1. the connection, comparison and analogy, that the structure of any national household is the same as the structure of the electronic circuit.

2. the circular flow of money within the national household is the same as the cirular flow of electron energy within the electronic circuit.

3. the three fundamental terms of the Balance Equation from Accounting Principles are the same as the three fundamental devices of the electronic circuit.

The truth and validity of these facts, from natural law, form the basis and foundation for the set of four 'Corrective Actions' set forth by this work.
