SIGNIFICANCE OF JULY 4, 1776
Significance of this date and the spirit of individual independence - and
the responsibility and accountability independence represents - has been
lost, to generations of U.S. citizens who have been indoctrinated and
manipulated by a socialist administration of government since the end of
World War II.
Socialist administration of federal government since the end of World
War II has been driven by socialist ideology launched by the Great
Depression of the 1930's - a depression interrupted only by World War II
in 1939.
THE SPIRIT OF 1776 WAS NOT DEVELOPED
IN A VACUUM
The 'Spirit of 1776' embraces a concept of nations as
separate and independent households. That concept of national
independence extends to the individual citizen and the classic
two-parent family household and individuals. That concept of
independence fired the American Revolution for Colonial independence
from a remote, arrogant and financially oppressive government of
England.
[Any nation not dedicated to the purpose of
financial independence of the classic two-parent family household, and
the individual citizen that is a product of the conjugal union of the
male and female parents of the family household, is a nation without
foundation or purpose. Any or all nations without that dedication and
purpose is destined to destruction by cancerous rot and corruption from
within, as opposed to physical destruction by physical invasion by some
physical enemy from without.]
Financially oppressive government of England derived from different
tax rates or amounts applied to sale or export of selected goods and
products (tobacco being one of them) being manufactured, produced or
grown in the colonies, against tax rates and amounts applied to goods
and products imported by the colonies. (Manipulation of the market place
is accomplished through selective application of taxes to or subsidies
for selected products of the market place.)
Formation of colonies by England in the New World, and elsewhere,
were underwitten or sponsored by business structures headquartered in
England.
After a physical rebellion, underwritten by the Declaration of Independence, and a successful
prosecution of a war that secured that national independence, a new
nation was born under a new constitution of government.
A Bill of Rights was added as a
condition for ratification of that new constitution of government by the
separate sovereign states, to extend and secure that independence to
individuals and families - a totally new concept in the previous
thousands of years of evolution of the concept and purposes of
'government'.
Use of 'stars' for the flag of the United States was chosen, to
represent a new constellation of stars - representing unity of as many
several sovereign states under a Constitution of and for 'government',
dedicated to the proposition of that new concept.
Ultimate purpose of the Bill of Rights
was to secure a freedom or independence that would extend to and enable
families and individuals to participate fully in the market place
(building, buying and selling goods and products), by working (not
stealing) for a living, with no manipulation of human behavior and
minimum interference with the market place by 'government'.
The wisdom and brilliance of the Founding Fathers was not cultivated
in a vacuum, nor was it instantaneous like a thunderbolt of lightning.
Wisdom and brilliance of the Founding Fathers was acquired - brilliance, from knowledge of history, and wisdom, from knowledge of history supplemented by
the recent experience of a bloody revolution.
Since its occurrance roughly 2000 years ago, the 'Star of
Bethlehem' has been explained, with satisfaction, as the timing for a
rare confluence or alignment of relative positions of certain orbiting
planets as viewed from the Earth.
A similar confluence or alignment of occurrences happened during the
18th century, not totally unrelated to occurrance of the 'Star of
Bethlehem' more than a thousand years earlier.
It was during the 18th century, against the background of the
Industrial Revolution (1750-1850), nearing the apex of its completion,
that this confluence of occurrences happened.
One was the birth, emergence and spread of the concept of 'classic
capitalism' - replacing the feudal system of work and trade that
prevailed during the Dark Ages after collapse of the Roman Empire. (The
most prominent articulation of argument for 'classic capitalism' was,
An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of the
Wealth of Nations, provided by Adam Smith in 1776.
A second was publication and distribution of a chronological record
detailing circumstances, conditions, reasons and causes for The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire,
provided by Edward Gibbon in 1776.
(Fortunately for all of us, Mr.Gibbon didn't have current
constraints of literary agents and editors who determine who and what
gets published. Not a good or bad condition - just simply the way the
'book' industry has organized itself to publish only what they are
interested in, and only what they believe will 'sell' in the market
place.
The Internet can serve a most useful function to break the
monopolistic hold that editors and publishers have on what material gets
printed and disseminated to the public-at-large)
Edward Gibbon, the greatest of English historians, after a trip to
the European Continent and the Mediterranean, chronicled details of the
decline and fall of the Roman Empire.
A trip to the Continent, "essential to the education of an English
gentleman", eventually took him to Rome. From his memoirs, he wrote,
"...on the 15th of October, 1764, as I sat musing amidst the ruins of
the capital, while the barefooted fryars were chanting their litanies in
the temple of Jupiter, ... the idea of writing the decline and fall of
the city first started to my mind."
After years of effort, the first of three volumes appeared on
February 17, 1776. "It sold out in a fortnight and was reprinted twice
within fourteen months. So 1776 made history for Mr. Gibbon as well as
for King George III and his American subjects."
Previous reference to occurrance of the 'Star of Bethlehem' more
than a thousand years earlier is explained as follows:
Mr. Gibbon marked beginning of the decline and
fall of the Roman Empire with the birth of Christ.
Mr. Gibbon did a masterful job to furnish superb argument for causes
of secular Protestantism, division of Christianity into a multiplication
of social clubs, and separation of church and state, (moreso, separation
of government (control by the state),
politics (compromise) and economics (management of the state), from establishments of
religious belief or persuasion, by his witty and acute observation of
the hypocrisy rampant within the early Christian Church.
Gibbon noted in great detail, along with other causes, the
contributions of rampant hypocrisy and corruption by the church, and
leaders of the church, to the decline and destruction of the Roman
Empire. (As though 'hypocrisy' and 'corruption' were original inventions
by the ecclesiastic descendants of the apostles of the original and
universal church initially established and ordained by Christ.)
One line by Mr. Gibbon explains all the reasons why the 'Bill of
Rights' most correctly - repeat - most correctly provides that "Congress
shall make no law that respects an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof". This is in keeping with the
'free will', the 'brain' and '24-hours per day' that are the natural
gift resources of all individual, and mortal, human life.
Mr. Gibbon observed that, the various modes
of worship which prevailed in the Roman world were all considered by the
people to be equally true; by the philosopher as equally false; and by
the magistrate as equally useful.
It follows that the confluence, or alignment, of those occurrances,
functioned to reinforce motivation to commit to a total rebellion
against, and disengagement from, the established 'government' - wherein
sporadic militia uprisings within the colonies had been occurring for at
least one hundred years prior.
From that confluence or alignment of occurrences, it follows that:
- architects of the Declaration of Independence, prepared that
document to underwrite and justify the American Revolution.
Architects of that document were influenced by earlier unrest and
the concept of 'classic capitalism' - a 'new and original' concept of
and for government - a totally new concept that was emerging during the
same period of time that Mr. Gibbon was occupied, translating, from
original Latin texts by Roman historians, into English, reasons and
causes of the decline and fall of the Roman Empire.

of Government was influenced and guided by historical facts
and detailed descriptions of failures, and causes of failures, of Roman
government and law, as provided by Mr. Gibbon.
CONTRAST THE SPIRIT OF 1776 WITH THE SPIRIT OF
THE NEW WORLD ORDER
The 'New World Order' for the
21st Century embraces destruction of the concept of nations as separate
households - whereas all nations consist of two-parent (male and female)
families, for re-creation or propagation and sustenance of human life -
individuals born from the conjugal union of one male and one female.
The 'New World Order' cannot succeed in its agenda for
implementation of financial dominion over the Earth without destruction
of the concept of nations as independent natural national households to
provide safety and security for natural propagation and cultivation of
new life through the two-parent family.
The new world order initiative is geo-political division of Earth into
separate trade zones/blocs and follows the 'divide-to-conquer' formula
used by the Romans to gain physical and psychological domination over
the known world in its time.
The 'New World Order' for the 21st Century embraces division of
Earth into five gigantic trading blocs, or trading zones, under five
international trade agreements of global proportions. Two of the five
international trade agreements of global proportions, GATT (General
Agreement on Tariffs and Trade) and NAFTA (North American Free Trade
Agreement), are in effect.
Three more such agreements are in the making, to complete division
of Earth into five trading blocs by the year 2020 - countries of the
Asian-Pacific Rim, all of South America, and Africa.
Simply look for and read newspaper reports on the comings and goings
of the finance ministers of the G-7 Nations (now G-8 with inclusion of
Russia, through summit meetings during the summer of 1997). G-8 may
(probably will) become G-9, after the world's finance ministers
successfully court China into the embrace of its private organization.
(Finance ministers of central banking systems are not elected
officials.)
GATT encompasses all the industrialized nations of Europe, and now
constitutes government of the nations of the European Economic Union
(EEU), under development since the end of World War II. A carbon
copy of GATT, NAFTA encompasses Canada, United States and Mexico.
Just as the GATT functions as the constitution of government for
nations of the European continent, NAFTA now functions as the
constitution of government for nations of the North American continent.
Under these agreements, international borders of effected nations are
now as meaningful (or, if you prefer, meaningless) as state, county and
city limit lines in the United States.
Reduction or swallowing of nations into 'socialist' collective
territories, wherein the 'constitutions of government' of separate
nations are made subservient to the terms and conditions of five
international trade agreements of global proportions, embraces the
concept and constitution of the 'New World Order' for the 21st Century -
a concept and constitution of and for world government opposed by this
work.
ABOUT PROPAGANDA AND THE NEW WORLD
ORDER
'Propaganda' is the deliberate
spread (propagation) of ideas, facts or allegations, to further one's
cause, or to damage an opposing cause. (All communication via all
possible means, including 'soap-operas' and advertisements, by radio,
television, newspapers, magazines and the Internet, is 'propaganda'.)
'Propaganda' was a fundamental tool used by Adolf Hitler to rally
popular support to fulfill his dream ('Mein Kampf'), to restore Germany
from the ashes and dispossession of that nation's natural and industrial
resources and capabilities and capacities in the aftermath of World War
I (1914-1918).
If ideas are valid, and facts or allegations are true, 'propaganda'
can be constructive. If ideas are not valid, if facts are distorted, or
if allegations are false, 'propaganda' is destructive.
'Propaganda' boils down to the contest between the 'lie' versus the
'truth', and sums description of the endless struggle by individuals of
the human race (exercising 'free will'), to choose between the 'good'
that is 'moral' or 'constructive', and the 'evil' that is 'immoral' or
'destructive'.
Validity of idea, integrity of fact, and truth of allegation have
driven and guided generation and development of the Essays and Technical Appendices of this book on the
Internet - a 'propaganda' intended to be constructive.
Spirit of 1776 was chosen as a
sub-title for the 'propaganda' of this website, to further the cause of
preservation of the concept of nations as 'separate households', making
separate trade agreements with one another, as dictated by the natural
law of demand and supply, independent development of industries from the
natural resources natural to any nation's territorial boundaries, using
the cultivated talents and abilities of its own national population, and
using its own national currency to provide for a natural ebb and flow of
trade.
Spirit of 1776 is opposed to the
concept of dividing the Earth into five economic 'trading blocs', or
'trading zones', under five international trade agreements of global
proportions, whereby all nations on Earth are reduced to 'socialist -
collectives' under those five international trade agreements of global
proportions, under control by un-elected finance ministers of the
dominating central banks of the world.
THE PROBLEM AND THE
SOLUTION
Mr. Gibbon was inspired to
determine the causes of the decline and fall of the Roman Empire.
Much of the content of this web site was influenced by the learned
content of that great work - a monument of historical accuracy and
literary excellence.
This observer was influenced to look for, or to determine, causes
for unprecedented violence, immorality and disrespect for individual
human life in the United States, in spite of the soundness of a
Constitution of Government designed precisely to avoid the self-same
causes and conditions that led to the ultimate destruction of the Roman
Empire.
It was found that life in the United States has become very cheap,
because individual human life has become a commodity, like the
artificial money that buys and sells it in the market place.
Much of the content of this web site was influenced by real-time
eye-witness observation and experience of the effects of the 'Great
Depression' of the 1930s - when men were forced to leave their families,
hitched rides in empty box cars on trains, and rested in 'hobo' camps,
traveling in circles looking for work that didn't exist, and the
destruction of individual lives and families because of that terrible
time in the 1930s.
'Corrective Actions' of this web site
are conclusions, searched for, derived and influenced by trying to
support a family by working for wages on the receiving end of natural
law, performing hands-on calculating machine and computer sytem hardware
failure analysis, in the sophisticated hi-tech world of the computer
industry for commercial business and federal government aerospace and
defense applications.
Contrary to the intentions of the Founding Fathers, the United
States has been transformed into a socialist state, where, by
definition, 'democracy' is a perversion of constitutional government.
'Democracies' are, by definition, 'socialist states'. 'Democracies' are, by definition, perversions of constitutional government.
The constant references to 'democracy', 'free trade', 'diversity'
and 'diversity training' are fundamental state propaganda terms, used
and promoted by the 'socialists' and 'ministers of finance' (who now
own, dominate and control most if not all the real estate on Earth), to
influence the mind set and manipulate behavior of the entire population
on Earth - to condition the mentality of the population of the United
States to accept the 'New World Order' that now governs its existence.
No communist or socialist government had to fire a gun or invade
this land with military force to reduce the United States into a
socialist state. Here I tell you how this transformation occurred,
beginning with establishment of a central bank under a private banking
authority through the Federal Reserve Banking Act of 1913.
We don't stop there. 'Corrective
Actions' provide a way to reverse the trend, with built-in
safeguards to prevent re-currence, or re-lapse, into the perverse
conditions of atheistic 'socialism' that permeates and controls all
national societies during these closing years of the 20th Century. Alternative to these 'Corrective Actions', for all
nations on Earth, is a return to the Dark Ages of cottage industries and
the feudal system that existed after collapse of the Roman
Empire.
Industrial engineering and manufacturing facilities and capabilities
that made the United States an industrial giant in the world, and made
it possible to win the battles of World War II, no longer exist in the
United States. The U.S. won the battles of World War II, but it lost
that war.
Factories that once employed millions in the manufacture of products
essential to employment and maintenance of material standards of living
no longer exist. The United States is no longer an industrial giant. It
has been deliberately reduced to a playground for the wealthy and a
sweat shop for the wage-earning worker.
You can't call the 'hobby shop' factories and machine shops that
remain to support NASCAR racing (running in circles at 200 miles per
hour, going nowhere), the industrial capability and might of a Nation.
Mine is the last generation of the 20th century (like the last of
the Mohicans in the 18th century) that lived to see, to watch, to
observe, and to experience deterioration of the quality and respect for
individual human life, as an effect of a deliberate and gradual erosion
and destruction of manufacturing industries essential to meaningful
building trades and craft occupations and employment.
Destruction of industrial manufacturing facilities and capabilities
was promoted, not by new discoveries from science and new technologies,
but by gradual and deliberate transformation of the United States into a
collective - socialist welfare state by the private authority that
controls the central banking system.
Destruction of all national industrial capabilites and capacities,
essential to full constructive and productive employment, destroyed the
ways and means for new generations of the United States to be educated,
instructed, trained and employed, in manufacturing industries - the
building crafts and trades.
There are no special education or instruction requirements for 'servant' employment in the hotel, motel, travel,
restaurant, gambling casino and resort occupations - nor in 'servant'
employment at retail outlets, hauling the freight and selling product
inventory - wherein 80% - 85% of product inventory, in all retail
outlets within these dis-United States, is not made or manufactured in
the United States.
Thrust and propaganda for higher level (?) learning (?) at colleges
and universities under atheistic-socialist ownership and control will
never replace hands-on-hardware craft and trade building and maintenance
experience.
Diplomas from colleges and universities owned and operated by the
socialist state will never restore, or serve to restore, industrial
capabilities and capacities essential to full employment in the domestic
manufacture and assembly of material products essential to domestic
maintenance and improvement of material standards of living.
(I wonder how many young men know the
difference between a 'hacksaw' and a 'vernier caliper', or the
difference between 'right' and 'wrong' ?)
I wonder how many columnists, journalists, lawyers, politicians,
economists, social and political science professors, psychiatrists,
psychologists, feminists, environmentalists and finance ministers of
government, including the current President of the United States [the
current 'socialist hey-boy' for the finance ministers of government],
know the difference between 'right' and 'wrong', or how to pour piss out
of a boot, even with instructions on the heel?
[More profane than some of my expressions is the profanity of the total
corruption of 'federal government banking and finance' through a corrupt
'political party system' in the United States during the 20th Century.]
Destruction of industrial capabilites and capacities of the United
States followed transfer of control of Federal Government, under the
original constitution of government, to a private banking authority
under the Federal Reserve (Banking) Act of 1913. Some evidence is offered in the 'Technical Appendices'

in this effort.] All the destructive circumstances and conditions of
arrogant, remote and oppressive government - circumstances and
conditions that gave cause to the American Revolution - have returned.
There will not be a Second American Revolution, because the Spirit of 1776 that fired the first one - the
intelligence, the patriotism, the defenses, the compensation of
individual freedom that is returned by working for wages in productive
crafts and trades to earn a living, and a sound and stable currency
required to support industrial employment of human life and labor in the
market place - no longer exist. (Unconstitutional gun-control laws have
been proliferated as insurance to prevent armed rebellion.)
Knowledge - ingredients and objectives of insight and foresight that
fired the first one - does not exist sufficiently to support one.
The socialist system of Public Education, from K through college, is
producing generations of illiterates who can't decide between respecting
the Flag or burning it, because the U.S. Supreme Court has revised and
expanded the definition of 'speech' under the Bill of Rights to include
'physical action'.
If a Second Spirit of 1776 Revolution does
occur, through execution of the CORRECTIVE
ACTIONS set forth by this web site, to restore the blessings
provided by the first one, let us pray it can be accomplished without
bloody conflict.
